Hello,

How can i know if i need the 315 mhz remote or the 433 mhz remote fot the x300? I have a 1996 xjr and the chassisnumber is SAJPNLF4TS781807. I tried with a remote 433 mhzthat works on another car but it doesn't work on my car. I tried it with the procedure ; open the door and trunk. Ignition in position 2 and rock 5 times the valet button and after a second i see the headlamps flashing, but when i push the remote lock button it doesn't work and after 15 seconds it stops the learning mode without succes. "High security antenna" stands on the rear window of the car. I also tried with another security module and it also goed in learning mode(headlamps flashes) but without succes. there are 4 connectors on the security module LNA 2600 CA .What can be the problem?
