The 4-way mirror switch on my car is not working.

I know that I can get a 4-way switch somewhere but I have three questions to ask. First, can I get to the area behind this switch to take it out? All the pictures I've seen of the whole panel that has the mirror switch does not give me a good view. 2ndly, I can't seem to find a wiring diagram for this switch. If I can get to the switch, does anyone have the wiring diagram? Lastly, just the joystick broke off and I was wondering how others made this repair.
