That depends on what a mainbrace is. Assuming it has nothing to do with an anatomical implant....

That's low mileage for an XJ6, when considered against the long life and reliability of the vehicle. You won't have major problems with it.

96-97 XJ6's are THE most reliable Jags IMO that came out of the 90's, and 86k is nothing on the drivetrain for that model
