I drive a 1996 Jaguar Sovereign 3.2L. The faulty bulb indicator comes on and off. Every time it comes on, NO LIGHTS work: headlights, tail lights, inside lights and indicator lights. The wipers don't work and the gear-lock motor is also off so you can't move the lever.

The car starts and drives alright when the faulty bulb indicator comes on. Sometimes it goes off and all the lights come on and the wiper works.

What could be the problem? I need help!

 

Since it's an intermittent problem it sounds like a loose wire or faulty ground that's causing it to connect or disconnect as you drive and hit a few bumps.
