That looks like the cam cover. I suppose the head must be under that. They should have shown that.

 

Using Google Chrome and translate yields this:
Fitting for following vehicles:
X300: all 4.0l Compressor (XJR)
The cylinder head is complete incl. All attached components such as covers, valves, camshafts, etc ..
Everything is set and ready for installation.

 

Not so expensive if it has valves, springs, cams etc fitted
