Default Power Steering Pressure hose

Just got my XJ6 back from the oil change. the tech told me my power steering pressure hose is bad as well as all 4 shocks and my oil pan. Any insight on what shocks i should buy will be helpful or where i can get a power steering pressure hose

Power steer hose is Genuine ONLY in my opinion.

Shocks are Bilstein only, again my opinion.

Bilstein are a great high performance shock no doubt but difficult to justify the expense for a daily driver. Try Monroe shocks. They are appropriate for an owner who is budget minded are reasonably priced and available at most parts stores. You should be able to have the hose sections of of your power steering pressure hose replaced by a local hydraulic supply house for a very reasonable price - surely less than the approximate $150.00 cost of a new P/S line. Why is the oil pan bad? Did the tech strip the threads out of the drain plug hole?
