Default Replacing control arm bushings. Help please.

I have a '95 VDP. Recently replaced upper and lower ball joints. Now have a rather ugly clunk when making turns.
Visual inspection shows substantial play in the control arm bushings. I have purchased new bushings but thought it wise to ask for help and suggestions as to a practical procedure.

Please and thanks,

DornB

Upper and Lower I'm afraid
The clunk I'm hearing is VERY metallic....... a good whack from a hammer on the coil spring would describe it well.

Cheers,

Dorn
