replacing upper timing chain tensioner

Is this the correct part? seems too cheap to be true.

That link shows the upper and lower chains, NOT the actual tentioner units.

The tentioner units are only available from Jaguar as far as I could establish 1 month ago when I searched all I new for an aftermarket unit.
