For those of you that have some paint bubbles in the roof area....
this is what we found when starting to fix the "paint" problem
Bubbles opened and then sandblasted.
Seems either the sheet metal has had bad impurities or the sunroof cavities are are not drying/draining out that well'
(note the pain had not been damaged from outside, just started to bubble beneath)

How weird is that? when I saw your pictures, I thought it was my car! Almost identical spots of rust on the roof. I have yet to tackle them, and hope they dont go into holes like yours,
