I have noticed that sometimes my car will be sluggish in starting almost like the battery or alternator is not holding the charge.

Is there something easy to check, i have checked with an ELM odbii reader and nothing. Could it be coil pack, spark plugs.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Also what psi should i be running. I have 255 tyres on mine, max load states 50psi, currently they are 45psi maybe a little high

 

Well, how old is the battery? First thing I would do is have the battery checked.

 

Agreed on checking the battery first.

Tires: I'd say 32-35 psi would be good for normal daily driving.
