Red face Suspension Overhaul issue!

I've run into an issue when redoing my front suspension. I've managed to get the giant spring out with no issue, but getting it in with a normal spring compressor is not going to happen. It just doesn't get it compressed enough. I've seen a jaguar compressor for 500 buck! That just seems a little ridiculous. Is there another way to get these things in? Anybody have a step by step? I'm at a stand still until I get these done. Im tired of looking at it in the driveway on jack stands LOL.

You could use the threaded rod method also.

My next big project is to renew my X300s front suspension arm bushings. I've made the threaded rod compressor and I have lots of additional conventional spring compressors available. I'll share my experiences. I'm still trying to get my Mark VII running before the rain starts. Plus I'm rebuilding all the hydraulics. Good luck with your project.
