So after taking my jag to the dealer to get an engine setup done after replacing the TPS, they told me they could not complete the setup since one of the o2 sensors(Bank D) was not working and needed replacement. I went home and forgot about it since i was so happy to drive the car without it shutting off on me when i came to a stop! But now ive started to look at the problem again, so i connected my ELM 327 scanner and noticed that only two of the 4 o2 sensors were giving a reading. The other two stayed at 0.000 I then decided to unplug the other two that were giving a reading and noticed that their values dropped to 0.000 until i reconnected them. Does this mean that i have two faulty o2 sensors? Futhermore no CEL came on when i disconnected them. Anyone have any ideas before i go and buy the o2 sensors? Thanks in advance!

 

If I had sensors holding at zero, I would connect and reconnect the scanner a few times to be sure it was actually scanning those data points before I changed two sensors.

ok so i tried what you said spark but both sensor readings are still coming in at 0.000
is there another way to confirm that they are not working?
