Sounds like you have got som water down the ignition coils... Remove the plastic platethat hides the ignitioncoils / sparkplugsand see if you have hade any water ingress.

Thanks for the help.I had at least 4 inches of water in each plug. I have since dried out every conection I could find and sprayed them as well with WD40,I changed the plugs and she now runs like a champ,except it seems like the throttle sticks a bit but the problem isn,t the cable or linkage.But you were dead on the money about the coils and plugs being wet.

Try simpling cleaning out the TB first.
