Hi I was trying to install new speaker and found out this part was really broken. What’s the part called and how do I replace it? And what’s that yellow foam block for? Thank you

That would be the water deflector, very easy to rip unfortunately. Mine have a few tears but still in one piece (just).
You could try to patch it up, but it's probably too far gone. It looks like they might still be available
