Default Wheel Offset?

A little shocked that I can't find this info easily. What is the offset for our stock wheels on say a '96 XJ6?

Bolt pattern is 5 x 4.75", right?

Yes, bolt pattern is 5x4.75.

As far as offset goes.. I've checked several refinishers like Detroit Wheel and Tire, who are pretty diligent about listing complete specs, and Offset is listed as either none or N/A or No for all XJ6 OEM rim styles.

So, I believe the answer to your question is the stock offset is zero (which is possible albeit uncommon).

Anyone else?

I haven't verified this yet but from memory, the offset is 33mm. It is definitely not zero. 5x4.75" is correct. Keep in mind that Jag wheels fit snugly on the hub, so the Jag hub is sometimes too big for aftermarket wheels.

Ahh, so the Jag wheels are "hub centric" then, that is good to know for anyone looking at aftermarket wheels as you mention as they'll need to fit and may need a hub centering adapter.
