Default Wipers - low speed
Has anyone had a problem with their windshield wipers not working in the low-speed position?

Intermittant position works fine. High speed works fine. Only the low speed setting does not work.

All other electricals asociated with the steering column are working fine.

There are separate relays for low and high speed, LF of engine bay behind headlamp assy.
