Default XJ6 1995 Engine rebuild

Hi guys,

First of all, I'm new to this forum and my name is Dimitri Martins, and its a pleasure to share/acquire information to/from all of you =D .

I'm starting a complete engine rebuild(just cleaning inside and outside, the engine ran only 45000km(ya km not mile), cause' I don't have the car anymore(total loss crash) and the engine will be in my dinning room, so it must SHINE hahaha, so I really need some helpful information, here it goes:

- Gaskets. Where can I find a legally established store that could ship the gaskets INTERNATIONALLY?

- Where can I find the engine diagram(AJ16 4.0), to check the engine mounting sequence? ( ya I took note of the disassembly step-by-step with lots of photos, and every part will come back to its original place to ensure that there's no gaps ) I've searched for technical bulletins but I've found only a single TSB complaining about installing a revised tensioner.

-Bolts. Where can I find the bolt-set for this engine? Brand new. Otherwise I'll tell some company to build them for me.

- What is the wrench size(inches or milimeters?!) to loosen the connecting rod bolts?

- Is the sparkplug wrench a special type wrench? The space around the plug looks soooo tight.

- The valve retainers are easily removed with an universal valve remover or is there any special remover from jag???

Best regards,

-Dimitri
