Default XJR6 has arrived

Hi colleagues, in addition to my XK from 2008 I have found a nice XJR6 last saturday in close distance from cologne. 1 hour later check, testdrive and handshake: deal!

Today I brought my second Jag home: rustfree, no dents etc., interior nearly like new - 130000km with regular maintenance. Two owners so far.

But take care: shocking color from 1995 - Turquoise!

Hope the XJR makes as much fun as the totally troublefree XK Coupe!

beautiful. i have the exact same car but instead of the original wheels it has the bbs milan rims. Im a huge fan of the turquoise (maybe because mine is) but I've enjoyed my car since the day i got it!
It will not fail to put a smile on your face.... Enjoy

Turquoise, absolutely the best colour ever. That would be the best car that I could wish for. I do envy you. Can you tell us how much?

Nice, I have Sage Green, but I think I like this color just as much especially with the black trim and tinted windows, have fun with it, I'm jealous cause you get to drive it on the autobahn

Nice grab, very photogenic color. Looks like an excellent survivor. Is the brake pedal humongous or it is just an optical delusion on my part? Congrats, enjoy da new ride.

Jim, I don`t know if the brakepedal has been changed to a bigger one. Anyway: it works!

Thx all, had the XJR today on the Autobahn - no problem to go 200km/h and more for a longer time.

Oh come on, 200 kph is still dawdling. Put your foot down and tell us when it reaches 249.448 kph

Very nice. Turquoise was the launch colour for the X300 XJR.

Back in the early 2000s a friend and I would travel regularly on the M40 motorway in his XJR. At the time there were very few cameras on this stretch and 155 mph was always worth a try. Even at that speed it wasn't unusual to be passed by Porches and others.

Here in GTA it's considered immoral sinful and dangerous to go above the legal limit of 110 Kmh, 68 mph. Don't know what they'd do if they traveled regularly on the motorways in the UK and Europe. Good luck with your XJR

Well, as always there is pro and contra. At least you are not in danger to also discover wind noise from the right mirror at speed above 200km/h.

Again thx all!
