Gradell I did not get the wheel alignment yet but I will Thanks for your advise. I never thought about that being the culprit before you suggested.

1. The pic was made by a friend while fitting 275 tires on the rear.
He was aware of the possible issue, so checked and made some pictures before his further action.

2. Does it mean you drove without bump stops then?

3. I don't think the smaller ones will work.
The bump stop with interact with the suspension arm, and needs a certain vertical height (from the mounting bolts to the lowest part of the rubber stop) to prevent the wheel travelling further up.
Even "halving" the OEM one is a bit of a compromise, and the location where the bum stop meets the suspension arm changes slightly.
You will see what I mean if your wheel is off.

4. Whatever the reason, the wearing profile on your rears is odd.
Is the car extremely lowered ?
Wheels will move inwards at extreme travel.

Here's some Helpful Info I Believe will be very helpful. The reason why I believe a 15mm Spacer could be a possible remedy .

Running spacers will give you some space at the bump side, but 15mm will bring the other side tremendously close to your fender.
I saw you run /35 tires, a bit smaller in diameter, but nevertheless ...

Besides, you will need either longer struts, or spacers with stuts, which I think the thinnest are 20mm.
Not talking the extra load you bring at your wheel bearings.

Below pic is with 275/40R18 ET33 during the first check while fitting mine.
Just a finger space (but Toyo's seem the be moulded on the large side, an other brand might give some more).

275/35 ZR 18 Continential Extreme Contact DWS09 mounted on Jaguar BBS Milan 9 x 18 ET35

Suspension: Tire is 12 mm closer to suspension components. Rim is 8 mm closer to suspension components. Acceptable for most cars

Fenders: Tire will stick out 8 mm farther. Rim will stick out 4 mm farther. Acceptable for most cars

I believe more so, the problem has more to do with the ET35 and the 275/35ZR18 tire size . The rim itself is closer to the suspension

1. Are you sure your offset is 35? All other 9J Jaguar rear rims are ET33 on the rear.
2. You compare it to a 245/40R18, which is a strange size to begin with.
18x8J rims were fitted by Jaguar with 255/40, XKR had 245/45 on the front on a 8J rim.
3. Off course you are right the rim and tire are wider, and it needs to go somewhere.
However, fitting spacers MIGHT just create a new problem.
Below same tire with / without 15mm spacer ... a 20mm spacer will go out an other 5mm.
