i'm the new bie in this forums. i bought the jaguar have a problem with timing chain. i do not know where to buy the cheap part for it. would you please share to me the source sell the part for jaguar with reasonable price.

You really should read the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) on the XK8 first page. In fact, you should spend a lot of time reading this forum about the valve train on a these cars.

You often need to pull the camshaft covers to physically inspect for the problems.

More often than not, the problem is a secondary camshaft tensioner. The least expensive place is a Ford/L-M dealer asking for parts for a Lincoln LS. The gasket set is a FelPro set--best bought @ RockAuto.com.

Unfortunately, you may have a hard time finding any mechanics in The Delta with Jaguar experience.
