Default 2003 VDP AJ2000W (Alpine) Radio

Good Morning lovely people,
I have a problem which I need help with.
I am trying to reinstall the original model radio for the above but am missing the two connectors shown in the top picture.

Do we know if these connectors have a name I can use to search for them (and hopefully find them!)?

I've been digging around long enough now to give up finding out on my own and need to reach out to more knowledgeable individuals that might be able to guide me.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer,
John

Those connectors should be on the end of your wiring harness, unless they were altered.
for a non-stock option.

Hello Randy,
Thank you so much for your reply. Indeed, the radio and amp were replaced by aftermarket units by the previous owner. As the units were replaced, the connectors were snipped off and discarded… so now I’m trying to reinstall the original head unit and amplifier/cd and am in need of sourcing those original connectors.

In most cases a previous owner would have been careful to save those original connectors
and probably left them on the original head unit. I am betting you have probably already talked
with your source for the head unit with no joy. At this point, your best option would probably be
to inquire of local salvage yards for the appropriate year Vanden Plas to see if you can acquire
it that way. Then you could peruse Ebay to see if you can find them. Another method would
be to approach some of the members here who have parts cars, who might be willing to share.
