I am in need of two parts for common Jag XJ8 issues: front set of shock top bushings to replace the ones crumbling in the heat the humidity of the SE; also need a new actuator for LR door. Latch works.

Is there a source for "fix and forget" bushings that don't crumble?

Good source on a new actuator? Would you use a used one?

Look on Rock Auto's web site for the shock mount bushings.

Handy tool is the search function which would have uncovered lots of threads on this issue. Best was done by Vector a year or so ago.
