Default Amp 347882

Hi there, today I just took out a Jaguar's emblem on passenger side fender off my 99' VDP then discovered a plug namely AMP 347882 hooks to the back of the emblem but apparently, there's nothing in there. Just a plain plug. Do you guys know that thing there for? And on the driver side fender , there's nothing on back of the Jaguar emblem . Do I miss something or my car left the factory like that? Any help from the tech ? Thanks

Factory, overseas cars have side repeater lamps at that location.

Quite welcomed. Someone once explained why U.S. cars only have the connector on one side, I suppose we get a whole side harness. But that's what it is for, no worries.
