I saw a XJR-100 at my mechanic yesterday with ugly aftermarket wheels on it. I have only seen 2 XJR-100s in person. The other one was cruising around in San Diego.

Its crazy how despite these cars being so rare, I have randomly seen 2 in person and XJR-100s for sale online dont seem to be that rare. I have never seen a XKR-100 in person though.

Didnt they only ship like 250 XJR-100s to the USA?

I have one I purchased in Jan 2011 from Rhode Island. I have seen over 20 in total for sale online and only a few had the grey colored wood, most have standard brown. I have compiled a list of VIN numbers, mileage, price, location, # of owners, etc. I would love to add anyone who would like to provide their info.

Default 2002 xjr100

I have one - wheels out for refinishing as the paint was flaking off. Put on a set of 20 in Coventry wheels on it for general use. Fits the Jag well. I think only about 30 came to Canada.

What was unique to the 100 that set it apart from the XJR of the same year?

Rarity.

I've an option list that came with my car, I'll try and dig it out to post it on here, pretty much all the optional extras that I can't be bothered listing.

Major items included
Brembo brake system
19" Montreal wheels unique to 100's
Supersport suspension (UK Euro spec cars, and powerfold rv mirrors)
altered exhaust
cherry red stitching in 'NED' warmcharcoal interior including Momo shift knob and steering wheel.
Premium hifi with Nav.
No body strips down the sides.
All in 'PED' anthracite black

oh, and rarity....

Maybe the Nav was an option on US/Canadian car - mine does not have it. Also the chrome trim around the windows is blacked out.

They only came with Anthracite’ exterior paintwork

Interior:

Distinctive red contrast stitching enlivens the XJR 100’s soft, ‘Warm Charcoal’ Autoluxleather sports seats, which have a perforated finish to their centre panels.

I saw one last week in Tulsa, OK, at 41st st. and Yale Ave.
If he was in the Jaguar club, I would know them, I wonder
who it is?

There is also one in the Altamonte Springs, FL, area, I saw
a few weeks ago with a broken headlamp lens. Is that some-
one on here as well?

Default Xjr-100

I presently have my XJR-100 for sale. A death in the family has sent me out of town and away from my computer. I have been unable to respond to inquiries. The car is still for sale on auto trader.com. 86,000 miles, details on the ad.
