After cleaning mine with so throttle body cleaner, my emgine seemed to run smoother.

 

Clean your air flow sensor with MAF spray cleaner, and your throttle body (especially the gate pivot points) with throttle body spray. Let dry (won't take long) and reassemble. If you have been running rough, you should see some improvement. Look to see that the intake pipe and the filter/breather box do not have oil residue. If so, clean that too, and then clean your full and part load breather valves:
