I found a used set of wheels on CL that I think would look pretty good on my 1999 VDP but I'm not sure if they are the right bolt pattern/offset, etc. and the guy that has them isn't sure what they came off of. I'm out of town right now so I can't measure my wheels but I believe they need to be 5 x 4.75" w/1.3" offset. I am planning to go get these tonight when I get back into town but would rather not drive two hours if these wheels won't work for me. Does anyone recognize what these might have come off of so I can look up the specs? Thanks!

 

I did some looking around and it looks like these are the 5 spoke wheels that were available on a 2000 S type and had 5x4.25" bolt pattern so I don't guess they will work.

 

The wheels for our cars are a bit limited - and the car is a bit touchy when you try to go too large.

Anything for the x300-308 and the XK8's will fit -- I use a set from a late 90's XK8 for my winter tires. Years ago you could get a set of XK8 rims from my local dealer for $300.00 ... they had a lot of take-off wheels from cars that got wires.

 

Those wheels would look sweet on a t bird
