Default cigar lighter not working. No fuse in designated spot

Cigar lighter not working. Tried to find fuse in right side rear kick panel but the is not one there and never has been one. That is where my manual says it is and I can't find another spot to check. My cigar lighter worked until I plugged in a phone charger and left it plugged in when my phone wasn't connected and now it will not work. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

This post is a bit confusing... but I can tell you that the fuse is a 25w?

Default What I meant to say

I can't find the fuse to cigar lighter. Owner's manual says it is in the rear kick panel location #14. There is not a fuse there nor is there the connections to install one. There has never been one there from the factory. trying to find where it is located

In the X308, it is in the boot in slot #23 I believe. (its in the middle row, the centre, only 25w in that vicinity) idk about your car for sure.
