Coolest gauge and fuel gauge not working
My 2002 jaguar XJR has the coolant level showing as low even though it’s full. And the fuel gauge drops down to zero in between 3/4 and half a tank. So far after one estimate it sounds like it’s going to be $1300 to $1500 to fix both of them. I could get away without fixing them for a while, but after getting another estimate I might just get it out of the way. The Jaguar service place says the fuel gauge problem is common in the X308’s. The second place I got an estimate at said they would charge just under $700. That's quite a difference from $1300-$1500.
