Do you get the 10K, 20K etc Preventative Maintenance for your X308 at the Dealer or Jaguar service place every 10K miles or do you wait until specific car parts (brakes, hoses, shocks etc) need to be replaced? I'm at the 120K mile mark for my X308 XJR and I'm debating to just get the brakes done or spend the additional $500 to have the 120K PM done.

I only had things repaired or replaced when they were due due to wear... 10k miles can be different depending on how the car is driven.

+1 Their preventive maintenance schedule is only good for cars driven lightly and fairly new. I check everything every week; change fluids -- except oil and transmission-- every year. Oil every five thousand miles (full synthetic) and transmission never (let sleeping dogs lie!).

Still, once it got to 75,000 miles and 13 years, it was more fixing what just broke, than PM! Which I why this forum is so valuable for these old cars.
