Valencia Auto Upholstery in San Jose did a nice job with my seats. The vinyl work that I saw on another car when I was there was also well done. The owner is a cool dude, but they are hella busy, so you have to keep checking in with them as they have more work than people to do it. My headliner needs replacement as well, and I will have it done there when it gets a bit worse...again, I have not seen their headliner done personally, but I know they do them. They will get your approval for color match of materials before doing the job.
