These are the plastic covers on top of the radiator and engine on a 2004 XJ8 Vanden Plas. I lost a couple of fasteners from the radiator cover (picture bottom) and one for the engine cover (picture top). Any idea how/where to buy them? Thanks in advance.

Suggest you try this: this is from Auveco in KY. Box of ten is $13.19. I'm not certain if this is your item, but sure looks close. Their part #20518. Hope this solves your problem. I'm using them in my 07 XKR to hold rear of engine cover panels in place.
