Is the FOB programmed to let the windows up on the second click when you lock the car with it? Can it be programmed to do so? Are there other things besides lock, unlock, lights on, trunk open, and emergncy sound, that it can be programmed for?

 

I can't do anything else with mine beside doors, trunk, lights and emergency.

I don't believe you can program it to do anything more than you mentioned -- would be nice to have windows up/down ability, but no such luck -- not available on this model.
