Default Gaskets to fix Coolant leak?

Got a coolant leak that managed to reveal itself immediately after I installed my replacement radiator and filled it up. Is there a connection there possibly?
Anyway it looks like it's all coming out at the top of the engine, near that plastic pipe. Does anyone know if I'll need a gasket or do I use gasket in a tube? I'm not sure what you call this bit as its near the tower. I'm wondering if I've caused this by refilling too quickly?

You don't say what model/year, but it looks like the plastic outlet pipe. Replace the pipe, probably cracked. But don't stop there, the thermostat tower, hoses, water pump probably all need changing. How about the chains and tensioners?

Yep: all those. And the parts come with new gaskets. Tons of stuff on changing the TST tower . . . the only hard piece of this effort.
