Well, I called Welsh Enterprises and spoke with Amy (extension 166, if you're interested, but I'm sure any of their reps can help) an she hooked me up with the following parts.

Heater hose feed, Part # NCA-3945-CD, $13.95
Heater hose return, Part # NNE-3946-CA, $21.95
Intake Manifold Gasket, Part # NCA-3016-BB, $3.95 each, need 8
Injector O-ring Kit, Part # JLM-20291, $16.95 each, need 8
Part Load Breather Tube, Part #AJ8004880, $27.00 (approx.)

You might need other parts, but these are the one I have on order. Hope this helps.

Mike

FWIW, I used regular old heater hose from an auto parts store for the heater feed and return lines that go under the intake manifold. They didn't look like they were anything out of the ordinary. I can't remember the size though, 5/8" or something close. I tried to make sure they rested on the "mat" under the intake. That thing appears to be there so that they don't lie on bare metal.

Actually, you don't have to remove the injectors when removing the intake manifold. Just FYI.
