I used leather conditioner, and started with front seats, and everything went fine until I got to the middle of the backseat. The leather color started peeling off. It looks horrible, the color under is a darker leather color. The rest of the backseat was OK and no reaction to the leather condtioner. Any ideas how to solve this and what caused this? On the patch where it peeled off, before I applied the leather conditioner, the leather felt rougher.

 

probobly been repaired in the past, maybe even color changed and redyed. go to an upholstery or trim shop and have them redye it
