Default Horn...

Ok, here I go again. This car is really beautiful and I'll keep it forever,,,,I hope. I had an airbag light that would go out if I moved the steering all the way up and left it there. In talking to a Jag mechanic, he suggested changing the clock spring. I did that and all is fine, or was for a few weeks. I also had intermittent starting problems until the change. So, today, I pushed the button to lower the radio and it didn't work, then it did, then it didn't and wont at all now. I could live with that, but my horn also decided not to work. I changed the relay, took the wheel off and looked at the wires etc and put it all back together. Still no horn! I'm going to replace the clock spring and see if that does anything. I just can't deal with wire problems and if this continues, I'll have to take the car out in the pasture and put er down . Any ideas? At this point, I'll try anything.

Check for pinched wiring in the area you worked on, sometimes on re-assembly wires get pinched etc. I'm going to assume you've checked fuses etc.
