I need to replace my climate control actuators. How do I access them? Can they be accessed from the instrument panel?

Are you talking about the small air pump and sensor that measures the interior status?

 

No I need to stop the heat from blowing in from the engine. It cools fine when idling but when driving since one of the blend doors won't shut its letting heat in. I need to know what to do to get to the blend doors.

 

As a last resort checked relays again in the heel board and one had a wire that came off. Works perfect now!
