alright so everything's going well with my infamous and unplanned jaguar project. I have the new brakes and the rims ready to go for it. This is where it gets fun. The guy I ordered the suspension and sway bars from We did it on the side so it wouldn't show up on his job's report. He just got fired for selling parts on the side, and I already paid for everything. I have a mechanic reassembling the rear end for me so I can throw it back together and be good to go. He's pretty much done when he gives me bad news. He says I need a new abs ring for the rear, and that part is on national backorder for 4 months! Pretty much it's been 2 1/2 months later and I'm still working out the specifics for my car. Pretty soon though my car should be done and good to go.

 

That's what I thought too, but it looks like I cracked it in half when I crashed the car a couple months ago. I fixed that problem today though, 50 junkyards and 200 miles later lol. Now I have to wait until the jag mechanic reassembles them on monday to throw it together. The good news is I found a junkyard with A LOT of salvaged jaguars I can steal parts off of though haha. Now I have to hunt down the guy who got fired who was working on my supercharger and suspension. sheesh
