intercooler colour
I have seen the intercoolers refinished in various colours, even polished, but was wondering if it would not be better to finish them in black ? my reasoning ( may be very flawed ) that black would be a better conductor of heat ? there is surely a reason they paint radiators, oil coolers and such black !!! but then again maybe there is a good reason why jaguar painted them grey ? anyway as I have them on the bench due to having to replace the heater hoses, and they could do with a bit of a spruce up as the factory finish is rather worn and peeling off, I was wondering what wisdom of the forum thought ?
Buy these ceramic coated hypercrystal blue, ported and cleaned cooling fins
ANd,
If you act now, you get a matched set of ported intake manifolds also ceramic coated
$400 delivered. These might nicely match your sapphire blue car
These are available to anyone who wants them. I currently have these in my possession, but if they sell, I'll give the money to the rightful owner.

They look very familiar
As to colour, I don't think it matters, painting things black or grey makes them generic in the early days the coolers were bare metal.
When I did these white ones I was unsure but they definitely grew on me
