I've got a feeling this will be one of my last few posts. Sadly, I'm moving quickly toward throwing my XJ8 out of the stable. I've had my share of project cars, but WOW this one has worn me out. I've had it for 4.5 years and haven't managed to put 20k on it. I won't go into all that's been done, but I will say I know my way around the forum. If someone in east TX has the will to carry on with it they can PM me for details.

I replaced fuel pump and filter a few months ago. Return fuel line sheared in the middle of the bead when it was removed, which ended up with a rebuild of both fuel lines around to the wheel (try finding a 3/8 to 5/16 compression). Got all that finished, cleaned her up a couple weeks ago started her up and walked in the house for a min, returned coolant running down the drive - looks like the Octopus hose has finally decided to expose itself as the source of my recurring low coolant light.
