I just ordered a cut key from the dealer for $52.00 and was told the programming is $90. Since I'm also getting a used fob and need it as well does anyone if I can program both myself?

You are getting a bargain. The programmed key cost me almost $300 ! The key itself is not programmed. Rather, the computer in the car is programmed to accept a particular key.

You CAN program the remotes by yourself, though.
