I think its a reflection from the door lights onto the discs because the caliper is to the 2 o'clock.

It is hard to determine the color on those pics, but she looks a lot like my own VDP when I just bought her.
I hope you will enjoy her as much as I do.

Yeah, I can still very much appreciate a stock VDP, and still think the dark green sets off the chrome perfectly.
It has been 4 year since we bought ours, test rode in shitty weather, and a day after my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer ... all went up and sunny since then ...

If installed without it, it looks rather dumb.

Looking great, Carnival Kid!

Mine came from the factory with chrome 'n' mesh.

I am telling you folks, this thread has provided us with to some of the nicest looking X308 machines and now Rostman brings us this Russian beauty. On top of the Daimler executive seating, those deep pile mats make you want to go barefoot.

Be careful, Eric wants a set of those seats....can't say I don't either. Very nice.

Wow, magnificent, looks brand new!

And interesting to see the rear center console variant.

(I think I'd still install a leaping Jaguar hood ornament!)

When these cars become collectible, this will be one of the most desirable.

Rostman's is a super example, I just thought 'ah Mr Bond...' when I saw the 3/4 shot.

On the rear seating I toyed with the idea, but found the SWB chassis too short back there, they move the passenger's knees right into the rear of the front seats, the other downer was the re-trim cost....... (shocked face)
