first of all, I must admit there was minor impact at the front passenger side of the wheel earlier this year.

I did change the inner and outter tie rods, balanced all 4 wheels ( a new set of wheels) . but the steering still feels lose and I would say there was is like 1cm or half inch space while turning the steering wheel before I feel the resistant feedback.

also vibration during high speed.

 

Tire Kingdom is a national chain and they are reasonable for alignment work. The problem should show up on a lift. I like them because they aren't afraid to work on Jaguar and actually do some repairs for less than my Chevy trucks.
