Anyone here tried the cold air intake from Mina? I wonder if it would improve my VDP...

Not only they should call it it a "hot air intake" instead of cold, notice how the air filter "box" do not even come close of being air tight to the engine bay heat, ( contrary to the factory box) but, their verbiage about " the engine starving for more air" is a joke, especially on a NA car since Jaguar put the same air filter on both the NA and SC car.

I also really like this part about their exhaust;
*** Arden exhaust systems produce approximately 12 HP at the rear wheels (20 HP at the flywheel).

Let see, that would mean a 40% HP loss between the flywheel and rear wheels, maybe their test car needed some bearing!!!!!!!!!!!
The accepted power loss is 10% on a stick shift and 15% on an automatic

 

I had a Paramount cone fitted to the car when I bought it, the only thing it adds is noise.

I'm looking at a way of sealing it from the engine bay so the induction air flow is taken from the outside but with limited space with the inner wing it will need some sort of fibreglass construction and opening up of the factory hole. A big job.
