Can you buy a flip key for my car, it's 315mhz , if so what are the things I need to know before buying

I *think* the flips are above the 400mhz range so no.

 

I have seen them on eBay at 315hrz with the extra button ( panic button I think) but wonder if their would be any issues trying to program it

Hmm. worth a shot. It's a bit tricky to get the electronic "pill" out of the old key, instead you can zip-tie a key to the exciter ring. That way you have a "spare key" in the cowl and you can tear up a non-programmed key for cheep
