2001 XK8, 141K miles- price was right.

Overheated and driven for 10 miles after, some trans slipping. I am going do some compression tests and go from there. Windows dont automatically go up when the door closes and the top isnt going down- hopefully I will find some bad fuses or relays- fingers crossed.

 

well i know you know how to pick a good car, so im not going to question you, but i will ask whats the third Jag for?

 

I have daughters.... Two have VW's meh. One loves Jaguars, so she gets the best cars.

Hopefully it will just be a head gasket replacement....we shall see....

Well this will be cool! The XK8s are great, our '03 was a peach.

The headgasket... not cool, but I'm sure you made a killing in
terms of the price due to that "engine setback."
