Default New shocks, new issues.

Replaced front shocks & mounts, now when I turn right from a complete stop I get a noisy steering wheel vibration.

The steering is also off to the right but I was going to get an alignment this week anyways.

Thinking it's a balance &/or alignment issue. But why would it only do it while turning right from a complete stop ?!

Camber, depending on how bad the shocks were....I believe you did the rears also, correct? If so, now you probably have one wheel in the back pointing one way and one in the front pointing another creating an amplified scenario. If you have performance tires, plus out of alignment, it will be magnified.
Also, you may have found another issue, did you check your tie rod ends?

Mystery Solved :

Earlier today I was looking for the hole in my wheel well to pop my stuck hood. Doing so my son turned the wheel all the way to the right without having the car cranked(non-power assisted). I gather the PS system got a hiccup from it. I just cranked it & cycled the wheel fully in both directions & then drove it without a hitch including numerous hard turns.

I've only done the front so far & yes whilest doing the front shocks I noticed the tie rods & ball joints could use replacing. I plan on getting to them real soon.
