Here's some more info.

Are you confident the system is bled properly? Maybe an airlock somewhere.

Hey Northern Jag - sorry to read about your issue (and thank you avt007 for the info - just confirmed a sourced of a related issue I had). So, back to your heat issue. You didn't mention if your AC is working normally? And is this the first time? (Meaning last winter was working fine?). I have fixed this heat problem on mine two years in a row now by flushing/back flushing the heater core. The very first time I did this, it didn't work. Went back a second time and eventually got success. Obviously a delicate operation as you don't want too much pressure to end up with an exploded core ! Generally the auxiliary pump is finger pointed at first. Seems like you checked that too - did you test with separate water source or just felt the vibration? These pumps are known to eventually "worn out" yet you might still feel the vibration as running. What else can I think of? Well, there is a valve unit there as well. Might need to check if functioning properly (electrical feed/connection in good shape?). Keep us posted and will keep trying to assist you.

Cheers
