I'm getting ready to burn my XJ8. To much bad Car-ma. So far this year I spent $3500 on a used engine, $3500 on a used tranny, $900 on a new o2 sensor and some other little crap. Can't get the aux water pump to run. Yesterday in the bitter cold my car overheated. Now I notice my car does not shift into 5th gear, probably since before it overheated. I hope this is an electrical issue. Any ideas as to what is going on?
