Noisy tensioners I think

Where can I get a timeing upgrade kit for my XJ8? Tensioners making noise I think. 94K on car.

if there really really loud like "quik turn it off loud"you will probly be up for lower and upper tentioners and guides, the top ones are easy but to do the lowers you have to pull the front timing cover off.
there are correct tools you buy to do the job aswell.
